Details: Acrylic prints are a popular choice for home décor, office spaces, and exhibitions due to their incredible quality and versatility. These prints offer a stunning visual impact that elevates the beauty of any image.
One of the main advantages of acrylic prints is their exceptional clarity and depth. The high-gloss finish of the acrylic material enhances the vibrant colors and sharp details of the image, creating a mesmerizing three-dimensional effect. This makes acrylic prints ideal for showcasing photography, fine art, and other high-resolution images.
Acrylic prints are also incredibly durable and long-lasting. Unlike traditional prints that can fade over time, acrylic prints are resistant to fading, water damage, and other environmental factors. They are also easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that your images remain in pristine condition for many years to come.
Additionally, acrylic prints are lightweight and easy to install. They come with a sturdy backing that can be hung on a wall or displayed on a stand, making it simple to add a touch of beauty to any room in your home or office.
In conclusion, acrylic prints are a fantastic choice for anyone looking to add a touch of beauty and style to their space. Their exceptional quality, durability, and versatility make them a standout option for both personal and professional use.
How it's Made: Our acrylic prints consist of a metallic photo paper mounted between layers of crystal clear adhesives and acrylic. They are made in our cleanroom with a very labor intensive process for each of the 5 layers. Every acrylic print is machine cut with a CNC machine which produces a satin, machine cut edge. The prints are then finished off with a black reccessed hanger system, included with all the necessary hanging hardware.
Note: All Acrylic Prints are printed at actual size and then machine cut 1/8th smaller on all sides. If you order a 24 x 36", your final print size will be 23.75 x 35.75".
What’s the difference between acrylic, metal and canvas prints?
Acrylic prints involve mounting a metallic print onto acrylic, creating a modern and sleek look with the most vibrant colors and depth.
Metal prints involve a dye infusion process where the image is pressed directly into the metal, giving it a unique look with incredible color and detail.
Canvas prints involve printing an image onto canvas fabric, creating a more traditional and textured appearance with a stain finish.
How much bleed should I leave on my images?
None! Just make sure your image is cropped correctly. We will add bleed, and resize your image before printing!
How do I know if my image has enough resolution?
We recommend not going below 120ppi. However, it is all preference. If you don't know if your image has enough resolution, contact us! If you place an order and we think your image doesn't have enough resolution, we'll always reach out before printing.
What type of print file do you prefer?
We will accept any files. Our online uploader will only accept Jpegs. If you'd like to order using .tiff, or .psb, apply for a pro account!
For the highest quality print, we recommend Adobe RGB 1998, 16-Bit, .tiff
Do you offer non-glare acrylic?
Our standard acrylic has a high gloss finish. We can facemount to TruView Trulife non-glare acrylic on request. However, there is still a lot of glare. If you're looking for something with no glare, we recommend our White Matte Metal.
What do I use to clean my Acrylic print with?
We sell acrylic cleaner kits. Contact us to purchase a cleaner kit.
Do you offer other papers for acrylic?
No. We currently only offer Metallic Photo Paper for our acrylic prints.
Why do you cut acrylic .25” small?
Every acrylic is printed at actual size, and then machine cut after. We have to trim 1/8 of an inch off of all sides.
